Job Summary
I worked in Tax Management Consulting providing workflow management solutions to clients. Our primary mission was to enable and support jurisdictional tax reporting through workflow process management. We accomplished our mission by providing accountability in the reporting process. Senior managers with reporting responsibilities were supported through scheduling. Their reporting deadlines were backdated to the present and an information roll up schedule was built for them to ensure that they received the needed information to meet the deadline. Senior managers then received information submission delinquency reports in time to request the needed information from subordinates.

Specific Job Tasks Included:
- Motivating my team whose duties included creating tables and enterprise databases, monitoring filing deadlines and working with clients to ensure filing deadlines were met.

- Continually improving our client service relationship by enabling our clients to achieve their reporting deadlines on time and efficiently with our workflow management system.
